21st July, 2000: Yesterday evening the campers had a BBQ and disco. Later there was even a firework.

After breackfast (pancake, cornflakes) they started to clean up the "Dr. Nagl" hut. During the day there was some rain and some sunny parts with around 18° C. They will leave the Hohe Wand during the afternoon and return at 6pm.
20th July, 2000: Last night the campers had a game called "Schnitzeljagd" which was great fun for all. The three birds were still alive yesterday evening, but unfortunatly died in the morning. Due to some heavy winds some days ago, a brache broke from a tree and the nest on that branche fell to the ground. The kids found this nest and they did their best to save these young birds lifes, but the birds were too weak.

Back to better news. The campers enjoyed pancake, toast and cornflakes for breakfast. During the morning they made their own marmelade (apricot and plum), armbands and mandalas. They will have a walk after lunch (soup and sandwiches). There will be more sports in the afternoon if the weather is ok.

Keeping in mind we have mid of July, the weather is too cold. There was heavy rain this morning. We have around 16° at 1pm at the Hohe Wand, cloudy with sunny breaks.
19th July, 2000: Yesterday the campers found 3 little birds. They decided ti take about the birds, so Danny called a veterinarian to find out what food they need: it is a mixture of bread an eggs. Today the birds are still alive!

In the morning Danny and some campers went shopping to Grünbach. For lunch, they had Hamburgers and Veggie-Burgers. There will be a buffet tonight.

The weather is still cloudy and it looks like it's gonna rain in the evening. In the afternoon, the children made their own T-shirts.

The most important information of all: all campers are well!
18th July, 2000: The first day ended with a campfire and a night-walk.

Today the weather was better in the morning with sun shine and 20° C. In the afternoon it is cloudy again and we got 16° (4pm), but still no rain. The campers had cornflakes and toasts for breakfast and Hot Dogs for lunch. In the morning they planted some cress.

The afternoon starts with some sports and there will be some salt-dough artwork done during the late afternoon. For dinner they will have Spaghetti. If it doesn't rain tonight, there will be a flash-light chase.
17th July, 2000: The camp started at 10am. News will be updated daily at around 6pm.

Update 2pm: The campers arrived savely at the Hohe Wand at 11am. Some of them started to built a tree house behind the "F. Nagl Haus", others are working on a fort.

They had soup and sandwiches for lunch and will enjoy a pizza for dinner. Currently the weather is partly cloudy with about 15° C and almost unlimited visibility. If there is no rain in the evening , they will have a campfire.
