our-music.com OG has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate the company's firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for the our-music.com OG web site http://our-music.com.

Information collected by forms

Some of our site's forms require users to provide contact information (their name, postal and/or e-mail address). Under no circumstance we will ask you for financial information (such as creditcard numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about the company to our customers. Mailing list

This site provides users the opportunity to opt-in to receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor. We then send an email to the entered email address containing an activation link. Once the user clicks this link the account is activated (= confirmed opt-in).

This site gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided:

• Users with no access to the members areas/shop:
  Just correct the information that is already filled out when you enter a page with a form (eg. e-mail forms). The new information will be updated as you sent the form. No other action is required.
• Users with access to the members areas/shop:
  Log in with your e-mail address and your password and use the prepared form for changing your address or any other information stored. You can always edit your address before you send any order to us through our online shopping service.
